Description: Experience in construction projects is desirable. Education: Technical degree in Quality, Construction, Planning, Safety, or related fields. This professional will be responsible for administrative support to the quality department, performing document control, developing forms for records, maintaining control over corrective and preventive action processes, updating quality manuals, aiming to contribute to the management of the quality system. Main Responsibilities: * Control quality system documents, analyzing change requests, sending them for critical review and approval by responsible parties, and updating them to ensure the use of valid documents; * Perform control of preventive and corrective action processes, registering necessary data to verify defined actions, conducting follow-up with responsible parties, aiming to contribute to meeting established deadlines; * Develop record forms, assessing identified needs, creating fields, defining control codes, and registering them in the record index; * Participate in the internal quality committee, organizing meetings and identifying system improvements for group discussion; * Control the internal audit program, communicating with involved areas, following up with auditors to ensure schedule compliance; * Lead topics for management review of the quality system; * Conduct training sessions on the quality system; * Update quality manuals, statistical reports, and indicators on the intranet; * Be accountable for the quality of products, services, resource performance, and information generated by activities under their responsibility, seeking maximum reliability and customer satisfaction within quality and cost standards; * Know and support the execution of actions assigned to their area of responsibility as defined by Strategic Planning, within quality and cost standards; * Stay updated on technological advancements related to their field, aiming for professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for improvements in equipment and processes, contributing to continuous improvement; * Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Support immediate supervision on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted, according to the company's conduct standards; * Ensure compliance with norms, standards, and procedures, recording and archiving documents related to processes under their responsibility, seeking continuous improvement of internal processes and achievement of set goals in their area of responsibility; Know, apply, promote, and suggest rules and behaviors focused on workplace safety and environmental preservation, following legal and regulatory provisions, guidelines, and established procedures for Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health, contributing to eliminating situations that could pose risks of workplace accidents and environmental degradation. 2511100202181541797
