You will join a team that continuously pursues innovation, agility, and development. **Become a Catupilover!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure execution of electromechanical, civil, and building maintenance activities; * Guarantee continuous and proper operation of unit equipment to meet production demand; * Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance procedures; * Manage, develop, and distribute internal maintenance projects; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitary standards; * Manage tools, methods, and technologies to optimize performed services; * Ensure food safety for products manufactured at the unit; * Ensure machines operate at maximum efficiency and comply with strict sanitary regulations; * Supervise third-party companies, guaranteeing achievement of targets, deadlines, and service quality; * Provide feedback on team and service performance; * Monitor maintenance area performance indicators; * Prepare technical and managerial maintenance reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Proficiency in SIGMA software (maintenance management); * Knowledge of PROTHEUS (modules related to maintenance and operational management); * Experience with PCM – Maintenance Planning and Control; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction); * Application of TPM – Total Productive Maintenance methodology. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance (Unimed); * Dental Assistance (Porto Seguro); * Transportation Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * GymPass/WellHub; * Vitta – telemedicine; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Corporate University; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day Off.
