Here, your talent for customer relations and your willingness to learn will directly contribute to the company's growth. **Responsibilities:** * Make calls and conduct commercial outreach to prospect new clients; * Support the commercial team in registering and tracking leads within internal systems; * Organize information and client contact reports; * Collaborate with the team on strategies to strengthen engagement with the audience; * Carry out other related department activities as directed by the team. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent and impeccable Portuguese!); * Proactivity and ease when speaking on the phone; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); * Availability for in-person work in Catanduva/SP; * Internship schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
