Interdepartmental communication for efficiency and compliance **Job Description:** ---------------------- Organizes and verifies documents, ensuring proper completion by clinical and administrative staff, requesting adjustments when necessary, and guaranteeing correct delivery of materials to respective departments. Performs data entry, registration, and system updates according to each department’s procedures. Maintains continuous interface with various departments—including Reception/Emergency, CSC, Scheduling, Laboratory, OPME, and NIR—handling requests, authorizations, scheduling, releases, and information sharing to ensure operational workflow efficiency and compliance. Engages with health insurance providers and authorization entities, submitting examination and procedure requests, tracking authorization processes, recording essential information, and ensuring timely resolution of pending items. Actively participates in interdepartmental communication, informing medical teams, multidisciplinary staff, and leadership about administrative pending items and needs—contributing to deadline adherence, record quality, and appropriate patient journey progression. Supports processes such as patient transfers, document reception, medical record organization, administrative form completion, internal and external scheduling, and release of specific materials and items, per each department’s requirements. Contributes to continuous process improvement, participates in meetings, assists related departments upon request, and maintains a collaborative, organized, and institutionally aligned posture—consistent with quality, safety, and institutional policies.
