If you are willing to work, committed, and eager to learn, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in tire retreading process stages (grinding, repair, buffing, filling, finishing, etc.); * Operate production-specific tools and equipment; * Conduct visual inspection of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Perform other tasks related to the tire retreading process; * Follow safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No prior experience required — training provided; * Availability to work overtime; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in production. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Attendance Bonus; * Uniform; * Total Pass; * Overtime pay.
