Coordinate field teams, ensuring adherence to established plans and deadlines. Conduct quality inspections of operations, monitoring proper use of inputs and equipment. Record data and results from field activities, maintaining organized and up-to-date information. Collaborate with the trial team to identify and implement continuous process improvements. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support for professional development. Report results, difficulties, and operational needs to coordination and management. Participate in alignment and strategic planning meetings for operations. Apply best people management practices to motivate, engage, and develop the team. Provide training and guidance to field teams and clients, promoting technical skill development, workplace safety, and process knowledge. Ensure necessary resources—such as equipment, materials, and vehicles—are available and in good working condition. Identify and resolve field issues, providing technical and operational support to ensure activity continuity. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring service quality. Provide support in resolving operational issues, assisting with budget estimates and other departmental requests.
