With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products distributed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Generalist Human Resources Analyst to work across Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, and Business Partnering, strategically supporting people management and strengthening organizational culture. Main Activities: * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes for various departments—from identifying hiring needs through to onboarding new employees. * Perform candidate profiling, competency-based interviews, and administer technical or behavioral assessments. * Support Organizational Development programs, including training, capacity-building initiatives, leadership development, and engagement activities. * Act as a Business Partner to leadership teams, promoting people management actions aligned with business strategies. * Identify development needs within supported areas and propose organizational improvement solutions. * Support performance management, organizational climate, and recognition programs. * Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making. **Note**: If required, provide support to the People Department and team operations.
