




Description: **All our positions are affirmative for PWD (People with Disabilities)** * Record productivity data; * Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including customer information, vehicles, parts used, and associated costs; * Prepare budgets for customers based on repair needs identified by technicians and estimated labor and parts costs; * Perform customer and warranty invoicing; * Invoice warranty and customer service orders; * Keep open warranty and customer service orders under 30 days; * Enter NF (fiscal invoice) for equipment under maintenance; * Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and control operational costs, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste; * Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on repair progress, answering questions, and proactively resolving any issues or complaints; * Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment; * Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational practices; * Keep your workplace clean and organized; * Ensure compliance with company internal rules, safety, and occupational health regulations. Requirements: **Technical Skills:** High school diploma is mandatory. Degree in Business Administration or related fields and administrative experience are desirable. **Behavioral Skills:** Analytical ability, organization, clear verbal communication, cooperation, and active listening skills.
