Job Summary: General maintenance professional responsible for ensuring the preservation and proper functioning of facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure the preservation and good condition of facilities. **Job: General Maintenance Technician** **Location:** São José do Rio Preto **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Benefits:** * · 30% hazard allowance * · Meal allowance (R$ 488,25\) * · Transportation allowance * · On-site meals * · Life insurance **Working Hours:** * · Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * · Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Requirements:** * · Completed high school education * · Proven experience in maintenance field * · Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and building maintenance * · Training in NR10 and NR35 regulations * · Proactive, organized, and responsible profile * · Ability to identify and resolve technical issues **Main Responsibilities:** * · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment * · Carry out electrical repairs (light bulb replacement, outlets, circuit breakers, etc.) * · Perform hydraulic maintenance (faucets, piping, leaks, etc.) * · Identify failures and propose technical solutions * · Monitor equipment and structural operation * · Ensure the preservation and good condition of facilities * · Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures * · Support general maintenance-related requests Compensation: R$5\.038,25 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
