This position is responsible for conducting crystallization in accordance with SOPs, ensuring sugar quality, cleanliness, safety, and providing maintenance support when required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct the crystallization process for Massecuites A and B, verifying purity, Brix, and the required amount of seeding material (molasses or syrup) to ensure optimal crystallization, achieving an appropriate crystal count and uniformity consistent with the planned quantity of "feet" (crystal nuclei). * Strictly adhere to the parameters established in the SOP for cooking Massecuites A and B. * Maintain appropriate granulometry for the type of sugar being produced (Crystal or VHP). * Perform evaporator blowdown at the end of each cooking cycle to remove residual crystals before the next cycle begins. * Carry out cleaning of equipment and the work environment, ensuring compliance with process hygiene standards. * Correctly use all required PPE for the role and work area. * Keep the work environment clean and organized, complying with safety and quality standards. * Assist industrial maintenance teams during the off-season period under the coordination of technical staff or the immediate supervisor, performing mechanical maintenance tasks such as valve repairs, general services, and supporting plumbers, painters, welders, and other necessary cleaning activities. **Additional Benefits** * Health Assistance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Voucher * Company-provided shuttle bus * On-site cafeteria - PMRN - Performance-Based Incentive Program We are proud to say that we are large because our nature is to look toward the future — for over five decades.
