You will join a team that constantly strives for greater innovation, agility, and development. **Become a Catupilover!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead production and supply planning for up to a 3-month horizon, ensuring balance among demand, capacity, and inventory; * Ensure alignment of the materials plan (packaging and raw materials) with factories and the Supply team; * Monitor inventory levels and proactively mitigate stockout risks; * Conduct tactical meetings with industrial and Supply Chain teams to define action plans; * Monitor execution of the production plan across factories, ensuring adherence and rapid response to deviations; * Analyze risk scenarios (inventory, blocks, and S\&OP plan fulfillment) to support decision-making; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (e.g., MAPE/WMAPE, Fill Rate, material availability); * Ensure visibility into key suppliers’ delivery timelines in partnership with the Supply team; * Review and improve planning policies jointly with factories and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in PCP within manufacturing industry (food industry experience preferred); * Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with S\&OP/IBP; * Experience in highly operationally complex environments; * Experience managing forecast accuracy metrics. **Additional Information** * Location: Bebedouro/SP (residency in the region or easy access required); * Health Insurance (Unimed); * Dental Insurance (Porto Seguro); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * GymPass/WellHub; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Corporate University; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day Off.
