**Your Role**
Reporting to the **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**,
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring pharmaceutical product manufacturing at planned volumes, within required deadlines and customer quality standards;
Leading people and pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes;
Monitoring and acting upon production indicator improvements;
Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines;
Ensuring final product quality; guaranteeing adherence to the daily production plan and providing operational information when necessary;
Ensuring correct execution of processes according to production routings;
Ensuring proper completion of product documentation dossiers, implementing preventive and corrective actions when required;
Ensuring compliance by Production staff with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to production, quality, hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental protection;
Monitoring the efficiency of each production stage to meet required deadlines and quality standards, escalating to the support chain when necessary;
Tracking performance indicators of production processes under your responsibility;
Managing resources required to achieve production targets (raw materials, packaging, non-productive materials, and personnel);
Ensuring proper equipment handling, as well as cleaning, organization, discipline, and integrity of the production area (equipment and facilities);
Proposing and implementing preventive actions and process improvements within your area of responsibility;
Promoting training and capability development of staff on equipment operation and cleaning procedures, and production area protocols;
Guiding staff by assigning tasks, conducting activity follow-ups, and delivering consistent feedback (both positive and corrective);
Identifying team profiles and ensuring staff are trained, qualified, and motivated to perform their duties;
Planning annual leave for direct reports;
Scheduling daily operator shifts (work rosters).
**Your Profile**
For this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Mandatory:
* Experience in production processes within Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Cosmetic/Food industries;
* Bachelor’s degree in any field;
* Experience leading production teams;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
* Degree in Pharmacy;
* Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures;
* Quality tools (5S, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys);
* Basic understanding of machine operation and setup;
* Chemical, pharmaceutical, or food-related processes;
* Productivity monitoring indicators (OEE), yield, and losses.
