




Ensure excellence in dispensing processes, medication management, and customer service through technical and operational guidance, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting trust and quality in services provided * Dispense and verify medications, including controlled substances, by reviewing medical prescriptions and advising patients on proper usage to ensure patients receive the correct medication and understand its use, thereby promoting treatment safety and efficacy. * Thoroughly review prescriptions—especially those governed by Ordinance No. 344 and antibiotics—to ensure legality and compliance with current regulations, preventing dispensing errors involving controlled substances and ensuring adherence to legislation. * Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by clarifying doubts regarding dosage, side effects, and drug interactions, and encouraging rational medication use to promote patient safety, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life. * Identify customers using continuous medication therapy by analyzing purchase history and consumption behavior, aiming to foster customer loyalty and secure future sales. * Maintain daily organization of medications, including shelf arrangement, expiry date and batch control, and execution of periodic checklists, to ensure product safety and quality, as well as compliance with sanitary regulations. * Store refrigerated medications properly, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations, to prevent losses, maintain product efficacy, and guarantee availability under appropriate conditions for use. * Regularly monitor temperatures in storage areas and ambient environments using calibrated, specialized equipment to ensure ideal storage conditions for products. * Support the team in administrative and operational tasks whenever necessary—including monitoring customer service interactions, organizing documents, and maintaining administrative records—to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and high-quality public service. * Regularly monitor pharmacy routines, conduct internal audits, keep sanitary surveillance–required documentation up to date, and accompany external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and sanitary requirements and uphold the establishment’s credibility. * Administer injectable medications per medical prescription, ensuring patient safety and comfort and compliance with current regulations. * Comply with specific regulations and standards prior to ear piercing; sanitize the area and use sterilized materials; perform the procedure safely to avoid complications and ensure customer satisfaction, as required. * Manage the National Controlled Drugs Management System (SNGPC), generating periodic reports, tracking medication entries and exits, verifying prescription authenticity, and complying with all ANVISA regulations, ensuring full legal compliance and safety in dispensing controlled and antimicrobial drugs. * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor.
