Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordinating and performing funeral procedures, providing practical, administrative, and compassionate support to bereaved families through in-person and telephone assistance. Basic emotional support with a welcoming attitude **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12/36 hours **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assisting families in person or by phone. Guiding families on required documentation for funeral, burial, or cremation. Organizing the wake and funeral procession. Arranging body removal and transportation. Preparing and adorning the deceased. Liaising with hospitals, notary offices, cemeteries, churches, and crematoriums. Issuing and verifying funeral documents. Coordinating logistics including schedules, vehicles, and staff. Providing basic emotional support and maintaining a welcoming attitude toward families. Complying with sanitary and legal regulations. **Requirements:** Some essential competencies include: Coordinating and executing procedures related to funeral services, offering practical, administrative, and compassionate support to families during bereavement.
