Responsibilities: * Inspect concrete plant conditions, weigh Concrete Component Materials (CCM) using systems, and manage concrete delivery per client and construction site; * Operate the concrete plant control panel to maintain uniform aggregate flow, preventing equipment overloads and mix design errors; * Perform duties according to the scheduled plan and pre-established timeline to release concrete pouring fronts; * Complete standard forms with various equipment-related information—such as number of mixes, incidents, and other details—for monitoring and control, whenever required; * Conduct sand moisture testing to prevent issues in concrete batching. Requirements: * Completed High School and/or Technical Education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in the role.
