Description

**Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the operational team, ensuring alignment with operational guidelines; * Manage the Ribeirão Preto/SP Sorting Center (SC) and e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and SLA compliance; * Monitor operational workflow, including sorting, loading, and dispatch processes, ensuring adherence to established standards; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze deviations, address incidents, and support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations; * Work closely with the team (assistants and associates), promoting engagement, operational discipline, and high performance. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics; * Leadership experience; * Intermediate Excel proficiency preferred; * Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance or shuttle service * Day Off * Total Pass Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
