




Description: * Provide in-person customer service; * Handle customer inquiries via phone; * Prospect clients using CRM tools; * Acquire new clients externally through door-to-door (PAP) activities at strategic locations; * Register local clients in the CRM system to build a client portfolio; * Input new proposals into the system; * Monitor proposals during the analysis process and communicate outcomes to clients (positive or negative); * Follow up on client portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; * Assist management in planning store activities.
