In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and has specialized sheep processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for validating the loading memorandum with plants for cargo stuffing, considering customer orders, specifications, and market requirements. * Responsible for sending the Shipping Instructions to customs brokers at corresponding ports or borders for cargo clearance, release of the process with the Federal Revenue, MAPA, and subsequent issuance of final export documents according to market regulations and customer requests. * Responsible for communicating with the importer after cargo invoicing, providing them with the initial information about their shipment, followed by copies of all documents supporting the export to the destination country. * Detailed analysis of all base documentation supporting the export to the importing country, considering current legislation as well as customer/market requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Higher education, currently pursuing or completed in Administration or related fields. Focus on International Trade and International Relations would be an advantage. * Intermediate-level Office suite skills. * Basic English. * Basic Spanish. * Knowledge of logistical and customs processes / knowledge of international letters of credit will be an advantage.
