This Receptionist position is for you. You will be the person ensuring the clinic starts each day fully prepared to welcome patients and staff, with all systems operational. Your role is essential to the experience of those who arrive and to the efficient delivery of services. Job Responsibilities: * Greet clients in person, by phone, and via digital channels. * Manage appointments, confirmations, and calendar organization. * Organize client files, documents, and assist with basic administrative tasks. * Disarm the security system and open the clinic. * Turn on computers, software systems, lighting, and air conditioning. * Prepare coffee and organize the premises, verifying that treatment rooms are clean and ready for use. * Check messages and communications across the clinic's official channels. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in administrative roles. * Proficiency in operating computers and office equipment. * Ability to operate—or willingness to learn—electronic security systems. * Familiarity with management software (preferably in the healthcare sector). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and punctuality.
