HOW DO YOU DO IT? * Plans and carries out visits to rural properties and supply chain partners (according to route, schedule, and risk-based prioritization defined by the area). * Conducts interviews and collects information on-site from cattle farmers, technical supervisors, and other stakeholders, recording evidence in a standardized manner. * Reviews documentation and declaratory data related to origin/supply, producer registration, and applicable traceability and socio-environmental compliance requirements. * Performs consistency checks between field-collected information and existing internal system/spreadsheet data, flagging discrepancies and pending items. * Records evidence (photos, coordinates, checklists, visit minutes, documents) in an organized and traceable manner, ensuring integrity and version control per procedure. * Supports supplier regularization and guidance activities (e.g., updating registration data, documentary adjustments, required best practices), following official scripts and materials. * Reports identified non-conformities and risks (social, environmental, operational) with objective descriptions, preliminary classification, and indication of supporting evidence. * Tracks agreed-upon action plans with suppliers (timelines, deliverables, and on-site validation when necessary), documenting progress and status. * Interfaces with internal departments (Procurement, Sustainability, Audit, Territorial/Geospatial Intelligence, Quality/Compliance) to align priorities and provide technical feedback. * Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards, ethics, conduct guidelines, and internal policies during travel and field activities. * Maintains basic productivity and quality indicators (visits completed, pending issues resolved, cycle time, evidence acceptance rate), reporting routinely. * Continuous guidance and support for socio-environmental regularization of cattle farmers within the supply chain * Engagement of producers in practices, initiatives, actions, and commitments adopted and assumed by the Company * Participation in events and delivery of training sessions for internal teams and the supply chain 2512250202491935388
