The Junior After-Sales Administrative Analyst ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty in the after-sales phase, acting as a bridge between customers and internal departments.

The Junior After-Sales Administrative Analyst is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the after-sales phase, guaranteeing agile, technical, and effective support for assistance, parts, and service requests, acting as a bridge between customers and internal departments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
**Responsibilities**
Monitor the status of open warranty requests, working toward the closure of all processes.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze failure reports, proposing actions based on measured indicators.
Plan, analyze results, and implement field campaigns, taking responsibility for parts planning and cost estimation.
Receive and store all defective parts.
Receive, process, and record controls for all warranty requests.
Responsible for field campaigns.

**Requirements:** **Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
Relevant work experience;
Proactive profile with attention to detail and focus on results.
Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
