Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and operate machinery and equipment involved in the sugar manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Perform quality control of products at all production stages, identifying and correcting deviations. * Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment, ensuring production continuity and workplace safety. * Record and report production data—such as quantities produced and equipment failures—for analysis and decision-making. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following established safety procedures. * Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement of industrial operations. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education. * Experience in the industrial sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residency in Conceição das Alagoas \- MG or Uberaba \- MG.
