Opportunity for professionals proficient in management tools **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Administrative Assistant will work at the farm office and will have the following main responsibilities: * Perform administrative routines related to office and farm operations. * Carry out and manage accounts payable routines. * Prepare periodic financial reports to support management decision-making. * Issue, classify, and record electronic invoices (NFe) in the system. * Assist in the procurement process, including requesting quotations and tracking orders until final delivery. * Sort, verify, and forward financial and tax documents to accounting. * Update administrative records and files to ensure organization and easy access to information. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Administration**, **Accounting**, or related fields. * Proficiency in the **Office** suite, especially **Excel**. * Experience with financial and administrative management systems, such as **ERP** and **Software**. * Ability to accurately prepare financial and administrative reports. * Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with administrative routines specific to a **farm** or agribusiness environment. * Experience with agricultural or sector-specific financial management tools. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
