With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform invoice conference, validation, and analysis, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with data agreed upon in the system; * Support invoice verification and expense control, including export-related expenses, ensuring proper allocation and recording of information; * Enter invoices into the system, broken down by export expenses; * Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date electronic documentation—including invoices, e\-mails, reports, and other records—in pre\-defined folders and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields is desirable); * Proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; * Experience in invoice/invoice validation and verification; * Knowledge of export expenses is desirable (not mandatory); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
