Participating in quality and patient safety programs **Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive and hand over shift information, monitoring patients' clinical progression. Administer medications according to prescriptions and perform nursing procedures. Measure and record vital signs, blood glucose levels, and urine output control. Provide hygiene, comfort, feeding, and mobilization care to patients. Perform wound dressings, assist in procedures, and provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. Transport patients and sanitize materials and equipment. Support emergency and urgent care, maintaining the emergency trolley organized. Perform post-mortem procedures according to protocol. Participate in quality, patient safety, and humanization programs.
