Responsibilities and Duties * Product receipt; * Verification, registration, and triage of equipment sent for analysis or maintenance; * Initial assessment of the physical and functional condition of the product; * Customer service; * Opening and tracking technical support tickets; * Preliminary problem analysis and initial guidance for customers; * Preventive maintenance; * Periodic inspections to prevent failures; * Pressure testing, calibration of X-ray equipment and other devices; * Corrective maintenance; * Diagnosis of faults in components and systems; * Technical repairs and replacement of defective components; * Installation and calibration; * Assembly, installation, and configuration of new equipment; * Technical adjustments according to manufacturer specifications; * Issuance of technical documentation; * Technical reports and internal control reports; * Documentation required by regulatory agencies (e.g., ANVISA); * Training and guidance; * Instruction to customers on proper and safe equipment usage; * Practical training for clinical teams and assistants; * Feedback to Engineering and Quality; * Recording of recurring failures; * Suggestions for product and process improvements. Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma; * Technical certification in Electronics and Mechanics (or currently enrolled); * Installation and assembly, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and specific dental equipment; * Knowledge of electronics and mechanics applied to equipment maintenance; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; * Fault diagnosis in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems; * Organization and attention to detail; * Teamwork, supporting colleagues in the field and within the department; * Practical and prompt problem-solving skills. 2512050202181786484
