Distribute meals to patients and companions, informing the team about quantities and sectors. Collect trays, utensils, and materials, ensuring thorough cleaning of kitchens, equipment, and utensils. Record and report diet acceptance to the nutritionist, including analysis of food leftovers and weighing when necessary. Maintain the kitchen organized, clean, and functional, ensuring individual and collective food safety. Serve patients ethically, attentively, and respectfully, honoring dietary preferences within the menu. Comply with internal regulations, quality procedures, hygiene, safety, and legal requirements.
