### **Cook** ### **SR Embalagens Restaurant \- Barretos/SP** **Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 36-hour breaks, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** * Review the menu and guide the assistant in pre\-preparation. * Handle dish decoration and presentation. * Retrieve supplies from inventory according to service requisitions, always verifying their condition and expiration dates. * Immediately inform the Manager about any shortage of ingredients required for menu preparation. * Perform hygiene procedures and prepare salads when necessary. * Taste dishes to ensure quality. * Assist in cleaning and organizing utensils and work areas. * Remove and store products from freezers whenever required. * Prepare meals for events as needed.
