Provide technical support and ensure system stability and functionality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Daily workload of 08h48min, subject to change based on agreed shift. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** * Analyze and execute processes within the Projects and Innovation department, developing systems and applications to provide necessary means and resources for executing operations planned by the Company. **Responsibilities:** * Develop software systems based on requirements gathered by business analysts, using appropriate programming languages and tools for implementation aligned with internal needs and strategies. * Conduct tests and analyze developed systems to ensure compliance with specified functional and non-functional requirements, applying testing techniques and simulated environments. * Support system user acceptance testing (UAT) with end users and stakeholders, ensuring all functionalities are validated as expected and requested by end customers. * Deploy and validate developed systems in the production environment, ensuring they are operational and available for end users, in accordance with internal requests and strategies. * Participate in daily Sprint and Backlog planning meetings, contributing to daily planning of tasks, alignment of project priorities and goals with the development team and end customers. * Provide technical support, collaborating with support teams, business analysts, and testers to identify and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring system stability and functionality. * Analyze and validate demands described by the business analyst in the Product Backlog, validating requirements with end users and planning implementation according to existing architecture and internal policies. * Document modifications made to systems, maintaining updated records of versions and changes implemented, ensuring traceability and integrity of source code and developed functionalities. * Monitor general market trends in the Technology and Systems Development sector through communities, networking, and learning platforms, identifying opportunities for internal updates or optimizations, and following up accordingly. * Provide assistance to managers and colleagues whenever necessary, supporting accessibility and transparency of non-confidential information, in line with corporate norms and culture. Safeguard confidentiality of internal information, complying with corporate data protection, ethics, and governance policies. * **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Systems Development or IT Project Management. * **Certifications/Courses:** Class B Driver’s License (Not mandatory – Mobility) * **Prior Experience:** Development of information systems, Creation and Management of Databases. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
