




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Greet and receive clients (companies and workers) courteously. * Schedule occupational exams. * Register exams and prepare occupational health certificates. * Handle and manage incoming calls \- phone, WhatsApp, and emails. * Manage documents and correspondence. * Assist in assembling exam kits. * Control visitor access by recording entries and exits **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Experience in customer service. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized and proactive. * Basic computer knowledge (Office Suite). * Ability to work with management systems. **Benefits:** Meal allowance
