**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Here:**
**Governance Department**
* Branch attendance and support
* Handling, recording, and tracking service requests
* Performing low-complexity inventory adjustments
* Updating indicators and management reports
* Supporting risk management-related activities
* Organizing and controlling administrative documents
**Insurance \- Fincoop**
* Assisting in preparing and monitoring insurance quotations
* Performing system registrations and information updates
* Providing administrative support to area consultants
* Supporting the insurance implementation process
* Contacting customers to provide information and track processes
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:**
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in **Administration** or **Accounting Sciences**
* Proficiency in **Excel** and general computer skills
* Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Aptitude for working with data and spreadsheets
