We seek a professional with strong analytical insight, consultative capabilities, and ease in working with targets, KPIs, and contractual rules. You will be responsible for monitoring operational performance and revenue generation, ensuring analytical accuracy, assertive follow-up on pending items, delivery quality, and alignment with business areas. If this resonates with you, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead budget monitoring meetings for revenue with business managers; * Define, jointly with legal managers, monthly strategies to maximize revenue opportunities; * Monitor production targets and results, ensuring information accuracy and clarity; * Develop KPIs, studies, and management reports to support decision-making and improve performance; * Update and monitor weekly revenue forecasts; * Collaborate with the Contracts team to identify opportunities and define optimal billing strategies; * Support business areas in cascading and understanding financial targets; * Clarify questions regarding revenue-related contractual rules and ensure adherence to agreed terms. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Law – with administrative, financial, or legal controller experience, and ability to work with targets, KPIs, contractual rules, and performance analysis; * Business Administration; * Production Engineering; **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Controllership, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in performance analysis, target tracking, or financial KPIs; * Experience with revenue-related contractual rules or preparation of financial studies; * Experience in law firms will be considered a differentiator. **Required Technical Skills:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Analytical capability to develop KPIs, studies, and forecasts; **Additional Information** Must reside in cities near the office.
