If this resonates with you, **\#VemProReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day here:** * Compensation Management: Conduct salary structure, table, and range analyses to ensure internal equity and implement variable compensation models. * Personnel Budgeting: Plan and monitor payroll, benefits, and statutory charges budgets, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines. * Market Intelligence: Participate in salary and benefits surveys, performing benchmarks to maintain our competitiveness. * Data Analysis: Develop dashboards and strategic reports featuring key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embrace the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. MBA in Strategic People Management, postgraduate studies in Finance, Controllership or Auditing, specialization in Compensation or related areas. * Proficiency in budgetary planning focused on Human Resources. * Advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools for dashboard creation. * Ethical mindset and focus on compliance and information security. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Consulting-oriented profile for frequent interaction with leadership. * Ability to collaborate closely with Finance and Operations departments. **Additional Information** Must reside in cities near the office.
