Perform accounting and asset reconciliations, analyzing variances, adjusting inconsistencies, and ensuring data integrity. Lead monthly and annual accounting closings, verifying entries, variances, and adjustments across departments. Monitor the submission of ancillary obligations with external accounting. Review and reconcile tax data with accounting records, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Monitor the delivery of ancillary obligations, ensuring deadlines are met and submitted information is compliant. Prepare internal audit reports explaining identified non-conformities. Calculate PIS and COFINS credits on inputs, monitoring opportunities and ensuring proper utilization. Calculate LALUR, demonstrating taxes due and their variations. Manage Fixed Assets – control, depreciation, disposal, and creation of new items. Follow up on studies and analysis of tax credits, highlighting opportunities for improvement or risk reduction. Calculate and monitor accounting and financial performance indicators for performance analysis and management support. Control the profit and reserves distribution process, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Configure and maintain the accounting system updated, ensuring correct parameters aligned with current tax burdens, considering changes required by Tax Reform. Prepare accounting and financial reports for senior management follow-up meetings. Analyze, develop, and implement accounting policies, ensuring standardization of internal processes and compliance with current standards and regulations. Support the controller and financial management with accounting analyses, reports, and recommendations to aid decision-making. Manage accounting and tax documents (DRE, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Billing, DMPL, etc.) and provide access to customers and suppliers according to organizational policy.
