Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, controlling, and preparing financial investment projections, conducting feasibility analyses, and supporting budgeting processes. Development of management reports and dashboards **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor and control Capex, comparing budgeted versus actual values, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions; * Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term financial investment projections; * Conduct economic feasibility analyses (NPV, IRR, Payback) for new projects; * Develop management reports and dashboards for tracking investments and key performance indicators; * Support annual budgeting processes and periodic reviews, ensuring alignment with company strategy; * Collaborate with internal departments to validate assumptions and monitor physical and financial project execution; * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies related to assets and investments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in financial planning, Capex management, or controllership; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with financial metrics (NPV, IRR, WACC) and accounting standards (CPC/IFRS); * Experience with SAP or ERP systems is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Pharmacy allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher
