### **Basic Information** Company: Business Consulting Firm Location: Paraíso, SP Position: Senior Social Media Specialist ### **Applicable Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute social media editorial calendars aligned with communication and marketing strategies. * Create scripts, captions, copy, and briefs for posts, videos, and campaigns. * Manage and monitor official brand profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). * Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, among others) and generate analytical reports with insights and recommendations. * Collaborate with designers to ensure timely deliverables. * Monitor market trends and benchmarks, and propose creative initiatives. * Engage with audiences on social media, maintaining the brand’s institutional voice and reputation. * Support the development of paid media campaigns (social ads) in partnership with the performance team. * Manage influencers and digital partners, where applicable, overseeing deliverables and results. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Proficiency in planning and analyzing metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics. * Video editing skills using video editing tools such as CapCut. * Strong creative writing and digital storytelling abilities. * Knowledge of content trends and formats (Reels, Lives, carousels, etc.). * Familiarity with SEO, paid traffic, and content funnels is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Creativity and strategic thinking * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity and execution agility * Attention to detail and analytical ability * Brand vision and aesthetic sense * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience managing B2B or international brands * Knowledge of social listening and reputation monitoring * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency ### **Job Description** The **Senior Social Media Specialist** is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring brand content across social media platforms—with emphasis on engagement, organic growth, and strengthening the institutional image.
