Our mission is to deliver services to patients of the Unified Health System (SUS) in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, teaching, and oncology research. We are seeking a professional for the position of **IT Project Coordinator I** Learn more: **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** Collaborate with the Innovation Team and department leaders of Hospital de Amor to structure and plan innovation projects. Coordinate, together with relevant departments of Hospital de Amor, the execution of innovation projects agreed upon under the Hospital de Amor Innovation Board; Support the planning and implementation of Harena’s open innovation programs, providing portfolio management support for startups participating in these programs. Together with Harena’s Innovation Manager: Organize and coordinate Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects involving startups; Coordinate project-related matters within the Innovation Board and their respective activities; Lead scholarship holders and interns from third-party partnership programs. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields. Required knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation processes (Scrum); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Intermediate English **Desirable Knowledge:** Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar certifications; Specialization in Health Innovation or Entrepreneurship is a plus; Experience with open innovation programs, startup development, and innovation projects.
