




**Description of activities the professional will perform:** Join and configure computers to the corporate domain. Install and configure printers (network and USB). Provide technical support to company users, both on-site and remotely. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and peripherals. Document tickets, incidents, and applied solutions in the IT service management system. Assist with software installation and operating system updates. Follow information security best practices and company internal policies. **Required experience, skills, and knowledge:** Windows + Office + DNS + NETWORKS Behavioral requirements Availability to adjust working hours according to client demand. Availability to work on Saturdays when necessary.
