**What We’re Looking For:**
Provide technical support to branches, ensuring proper handling of requests related to prescription issuance, registrations, and technical guidance, in accordance with organizational guidelines.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day:**
* Provide technical support and assistance to branches via the Teams platform, clarifying doubts and guiding on operational and technical procedures.
* Issue agricultural prescriptions upon receipt of requests via service tickets or other internal communication channels, using tools provided by the organization.
* Perform necessary registrations in internal systems for products, customers, prescriptions, and other technical information.
* Ensure compliance with technical and legal standards related to prescription issuance and use of agricultural products.
* Stay updated on internal policies, current legislation, and good agricultural practices.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality and efficiency in serving branches.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:**
* Agricultural Technician certification
* Prior experience in technical support or issuing agricultural prescriptions.
* Proficiency with digital tools and remote communication.
