Learn more: **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Greet all individuals arriving at IRCAD and direct and/or inform them according to their needs; * Answer central telephone calls and route them to the relevant departments; * Support IRCAD/HARENA staff; * Digitize documents upon request; * Forward emails according to requests; * Provide initial guidance to participants and/or those interested in IRCAD courses; * Inform the security team about weekend events; * Enter invoices into the Tasy platform: hospitality and office; * Make purchases via Tasy: hospitality and office supplies; * Deliver and collect invoices to/from the Finance Department of Fundação Pio XII and IRCAD Latin America; * Inspect any building damage (IRCAD) and refer issues to the responsible department (Clinical Engineering) for repair; * Inspect any cleaning requirements in the building and refer them to the Hospitality Department; * Organize the reception area, warehouse, and cloakroom; **Pre\-Course:** * Organize materials (folders) provided to participants of official IRCAD Latin America courses and assist HARENA; * Prepare Toblerones (for professors serving as *chairpersons*); * Create labels for *coffee* in the surgical center (during live surgeries); **Official IRCAD Course Day:** * Support course coordinators, directors, professors, and participants; * Distribute daily evaluations; * Collect partial course registration payments; * Obtain directors’ signatures for students’ certificates; * Assist with receiving students’ luggage on the final day of the course and direct it to the cloakroom; * Display map images, information, etc., on IRCAD screens; * Organize final certificate distribution to students at the end of the course (signatures, watermarks, official photos, and gifts); * Organize the student transfer spreadsheet for IRCAD Latin America courses; contact and inform participants about transfer schedules; collect and receive the agreed transfer fee from students; contact drivers to book transfers; provide students with transfer information and services; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Basic to intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency preferred; **WORK SCHEDULE** * 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday \| Availability to participate in occasional weekend events. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Food Basket, Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Pharmaceutical Benefits Plan, Medical Assistance, Gym Membership ### **Department:** Adult Oncology Hospital \- Barretos \- São Paulo
