This position aims to provide operational support to the civil maintenance team, assisting in preventive and corrective activities, always in compliance with the Industry’s safety, health, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support general preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities, e.g., masonry, painting, minor repairs, custodial services, etc.; * Assist in preparing and organizing construction sites and intervention areas; * Transport materials, tools, and equipment required for work fronts; * Clean maintenance areas after service execution, ensuring safe and orderly conditions; * Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures; * Remove debris and solid waste generated during the Industry’s maintenance activities; * Support the conservation and organization of construction materials and tools, as well as assist team members with daily tasks, general cleaning, and maintenance of operational areas; * Comply with the company’s safety, health, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed elementary school. * Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge of masonry, painting; plumbing (simple repairs); assembly and disassembly of structures; custodial services and building maintenance. * Desired Knowledge: Ability to use basic hand and power tools; knowledge of proper waste disposal; understanding of construction site organization. **Additional Benefits** * Health Assistance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Voucher * Company-provided shuttle bus * On-site cafeteria - PMRN - Performance-Based Incentive Program * Educational partnerships offering discounts on various courses * Christmas Basket We are proud to say that we are great because our nature is to look toward the future—this has been our approach for over five decades.
