Ethical and respectful care for patients. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Collect medical prescriptions and prepare meals according to prescribed diets, correctly identifying trays, meal containers, and thermal warmers. Distribute meals to patients and companions, informing the team about quantities and sectors. Collect trays, utensils, and materials, ensuring complete sanitation of kitchens, equipment, and utensils. Record and report diet acceptance to the nutritionist, including analysis of food leftovers and weighing when necessary. Maintain an organized, clean, and functional kitchen, safeguarding individual and collective food safety. Attend to patients ethically, attentively, and respectfully, honoring their dietary preferences within the menu. Comply with internal regulations, quality procedures, hygiene, safety, and legal requirements.
