Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining agricultural and civil construction machinery to ensure safe execution of various activities on farms. Key Highlights: 1. Operating agricultural and civil construction machinery on farms 2. Performing soil preparation, road maintenance, and irrigation projects 3. Conducting primary and preventive maintenance of equipment and implements Mission Responsible for appropriately and safely operating agricultural and civil construction machinery and implements in accordance with the work instructions for each activity, within the company's farm territories. Job Responsibilities Responsible for appropriately and safely operating tractors, heavy machinery, and agricultural implements in accordance with the work instructions for each activity, within the company's farm territories. Perform orchard eradication operations, soil preparation and maintenance, road maintenance, and implementation of irrigation projects; Operate motor graders; Complete the Daily Operational Report to provide information for activity control; Daily checklist registration regarding equipment and implement conditions, checking oil level, water, fuel, belts, tires and tracks, signaling, clearances, panels, and performing necessary adjustments to equipment and implements; Maintain equipment and implements in good working condition through proper operation and performance of primary, preventive, and corrective maintenance as required; Use/care for all PPE assigned to the position and comply with safety guidelines for each operation; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the area of responsibility.
