Monitor processes and identify deviations This position aims to control and continuously improve industrial laboratory routines, ensuring the reliability of analyses and compliance with standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and monitor activities and routines of the industrial laboratory and PCTS, ensuring proper control of balance and industrial yield reports, conducting physicochemical analyses, managing glassware, supplies, and reagents, as well as recording, monitoring, and analyzing results. Prepare non-conforming product reports and maintain laboratory spreadsheets and systems with general laboratory data. * Guide and support the work team by clarifying doubts, transferring knowledge, and providing technical assistance, ensuring correct execution of routines in accordance with established procedures, methodologies, and standards. * Prepare and consolidate data and information for follow-up meetings with the team, aiming to monitor processes, analyze indicators, track goals, and identify and resolve potential deviations. * Monitor area processes, analyze and validate analytical results, identify issues related to analyses, sampling, recordkeeping, and other laboratory activities, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Manage inventories of supplies, reagents, solutions, and finished products through Gatec and SAP systems, performing quotations, requesting purchases, and issuing purchase orders, ensuring adequate laboratory supply. * Comply with and enforce quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards, procedures, and work instructions, in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Reside in the Vista Alegre do Alto region; * Knowledge of laboratory routines and Microsoft Office Suite; * Active professional council registration (e.g., CRQ). **Additional Information** * Health Assistance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Allowance * Company-provided Bus Service * On-site Restaurant - PMRN - Performance-Based Incentive Program * Educational partnerships offering discounts on various courses * Christmas Bonus We are proud to say that we are large because our nature is to look toward the future—over five decades strong.
