Monitoring and control of waste management **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** * Analyze, structure, and monitor the Company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, legislation, and market guidelines, as well as supporting the integration of sustainability into corporate strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, structure, and monitor the Company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, legislation, and market guidelines. * Prepare, control, and maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, indicators, and certifications related to sustainability, environment, and governance. * Develop, implement, and monitor the Waste Management Plan (WMP), ensuring proper segregation, classification, storage, and disposal of solid waste in accordance with current environmental legislation. * Monitor and control waste management, tracking processes, indicators, and involved suppliers, ensuring operational efficiency and environmental compliance. * Develop and implement ESG policies, practices, and initiatives, contributing to the reduction of socio-environmental impacts, efficient use of natural resources, and strengthening of corporate governance. * Monitor water quality and potability used by the Company, ensuring compliance with legal standards and operational water security. * Propose, organize, and conduct training sessions and awareness activities on ESG topics, supporting employee capacity building and dissemination of sustainability culture. * Perform and support administrative routines within the department, maintaining organized and accessible records, controls, and information in accordance with internal policies. * Monitor ESG market trends, best practices, and updates through research, communities, and networking, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Provide support to managers and employees, promoting clarity and transparency when sharing non-confidential information. * Safeguard information confidentiality and ensure compliance with corporate policies on ethics, governance, and data protection. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * **Desirable:** Technical or professional training courses in ESG. * **Certifications/Courses:** Class B Driver’s License (CNH B). * **Prior Experience:** Implementation and execution of ESG or related projects. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Parking, On-site meals, Life insurance
