We are both unity and totality. ### **About the Role** As Senior Controller, you will be the group’s financial authority, ensuring predictability, discipline, and economic intelligence to support strategic decisions. You will lead financial planning, control, analysis, and governance, acting as a consultative partner to business areas and influencing high-impact decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and consolidate budgets, forecasts, and medium- to long-term financial projections. * Analyze financial results, income statements (DRE), cash flow, and KPIs, transforming data into clear insights for executive leadership. * Design and optimize financial processes, internal controls, and governance policies. * Evaluate new projects, investments, and partnerships, proposing financial scenarios and strategic recommendations. * Monitor profitability by product, business unit, and customer, identifying optimization opportunities. * Automate processes, create management dashboards, and develop strategic reports. * Support departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing with financial analyses and recommendations. * Ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. * Actively participate in strategic planning and corporate decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance**. * A postgraduate specialization, MBA, or Master’s degree in **Controllership, Corporate Finance, Strategic Management, or related fields** is desirable. * Professional certifications are a plus, such as: **CFA, CPA, CMA, or IFRS**. ### **Experience** * Over **5 years of experience in controller functions, FP\&A, financial consulting, or related areas**, preferably within **technology companies, financial services firms, or complex corporate groups**. * Proven experience in **strategic planning, scenario analysis, financial governance, and risk management**. * Experience in **team management and consultative leadership**, influencing strategic decisions made by the board or executive leadership. ### **Technical Skills** * **Financial planning and strategic modeling** (budgeting, forecasting, long-term projections). * **Performance and indicator analysis** (margin, profitability, unit economics, KPIs). * **Internal controls, auditing, and compliance**. * **Economic evaluation of projects and investments**, risk analysis, and financial scenario modeling. * **Process automation and development of management dashboards**. * **Financial Business Intelligence (BI)** and executive reporting tools. ### **Tools and Systems** * Advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially **Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools**. * Experience with **corporate ERPs** (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalents). * Familiarity with **CRM systems and data integration platforms**. **Additional Information** Benefits: Flexible meal allowance (CAJU card) \- R$ 570.00 Weekly fruit program Transportation allowance Health insurance (Unimed) \+ dental plan Life insurance Extended paternity leave Gympass \- Free Basic Plan Recognition programs Company-provided equipment Firm Happy Hour Day Off Psychological support \- Therapeutic listening sessions with our psychologist \-.\- Rest room We are a plural unit serving other plural units.
