Specialized technical support in automation for problem resolution. Job Description – Apply industrial automation techniques for diagnostics and maintenance of machine tools. Develop industrial automation improvements to enhance machine and equipment performance, as well as improve equipment reliability. Collaborate with the maintenance engineering team for failure analysis. Provide support to the industrial maintenance team for complex cases requiring specialized automation knowledge for diagnosis and/or problem resolution. The primary focus will be promoting continuous improvement in the industrial maintenance department by leveraging specialized expertise in industrial automation. Electrical maintenance, replacement of electrical components, and electrical assembly and installation on machine tools. Electrical maintenance of extrusion machines, feeders, and winders. DC and AC motors. Various electric resistors, temperature control systems. Education: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation Technology, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrotechnology Technology with emphasis on industrial automation.
