We are eager to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** – Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from defining job profiles to resume screening and conducting interviews. – Develop and implement employee development and training strategies. – Monitor new employee onboarding, ensuring proper adaptation to the organizational culture. – Manage performance evaluation programs, providing support to managers in delivering feedback. – Administer benefits and compensation, including analysis and proposal of improvements. – Maintain and update employee data in human resources management systems. – Support the creation and implementation of human resources-related policies and procedures. – Provide internal consulting to leaders on people management issues. – Foster a positive and engaging organizational environment by promoting practices that strengthen corporate culture. **Requirements and qualifications** – Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. – Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in human resources. – Knowledge in recruitment and selection, training and development. – Familiarity with labor legislation. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to work in teams and manage conflicts. – Proficiency in computer tools, especially office software packages.
