A collaborative work environment. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturdays, 08:30–12:30, with a 1.5-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Ensure accurate reconciliation of financial information related to collections, support the department in debt resolution, and maintain strong client relationships to contribute to the unit’s financial health. Main Responsibilities * Perform financial reconciliations of payments, receipts, and write-offs in the system. * Identify and correct inconsistencies in collections and postings. * Support the collections department in contacting clients to resolve outstanding debts. * Generate reconciliation reports and present results to leadership. * Maintain up-to-date records and spreadsheets. * Collaborate with sales, collections, and administrative teams to ensure smooth processes. **Requirements:*** Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred). * Prior experience in collections, financial reconciliation, or administrative roles. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
