**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 180 hours

* Verify health insurance coverage for hospital admissions;
* Manage and control the use of room keys;
* Request the attending physician’s presence when patients have preferences;
* Issue hospital admission forms and complete required procedures;
* Contact the local police station for accident victims to file official reports;
* Register patients in the SUS (Unified Health System) using internal procedures;
* Record package sales made to patients in a control logbook;
* Prepare patients before they enter their rooms;
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials, ensuring the workplace remains orderly, clean, and well-preserved;
* Perform other tasks related to this position, as required by company needs or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor;
* Comply with occupational safety and health regulations.
